Failed generations do not consume credits. Each emote allows three free regenerations before credits are spent, so a set that comes out wrong is not a paid loss.

Pricing questions
- Do credits expire?
- Credits from one-time sets never expire. Subscription credits roll over for one month.
- What if the set comes out wrong?
- Every emote includes three free regenerations, and failed generations never consume credits. If a set is genuinely unusable, contact us and we will replace the credits.
- Can I sell emotes I make here?
- On Studio and Agency plans you get a commercial licence covering client work. Starter and Pro are personal-use.
- Is there a refund?
- Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days. Spent credits are not refundable, because the delivery is immediate.
