Digital credits are delivered immediately, so the ability to refund them is time-limited. This policy explains the boundaries plainly.
Within 14 days, if unused
If you bought a credit pack and have not spent any of it, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact us from the email address on the account.
Not refundable once spent
Credits that have been spent are not refundable, because the delivery is immediate and the assets remain yours.
This does not affect any statutory right you have in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded.
Failed generations are refunded automatically
A generation that fails does not consume credits. This is enforced in the charging logic, not handled case by case.
Every emote also includes three regenerations at no cost, so a result you do not like on the first attempt is not a paid loss.
If a set is genuinely unusable
If the output is broken in a way that is our fault — for example a corrupted file, or a set that failed to generate — contact us and we will replace the credits. We will ask for the set id.
We cannot refund on the basis that the artwork is not to your taste. Generated images are probabilistic, and that is disclosed before purchase.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time and it stops renewing at the end of the current period. Partial months are not refunded, but unused subscription credits remain on the account until they lapse after the one-month rollover.
